I am setting up a new account to port over a phone from Bell. And when I tried to select a subscription it asked me to login agai and then continually comes up with a error while trying to resume completion of

did you use the Public Mobile app to subscribe? If not, download PM app and try agian
if same, ask PM support agent to help.

@Perry1978 did you use the PM app to activate your account? You must first download the app to activate an account.
