Error when paying for US roaming add-ons. (Urgent)

I have loaded $40 onto the  account and when I hit "complete payment" I get this error: "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again later." My elderly mother-in law is on her way to the USA and when she lands in about 2 hours she will not be able to use her phone and be stranded at the airport. Please respond ASAP!!!

Using private or incognito mode browser to do again. The other thing is $40 is not enough to pay, because $40 didn't include sales tax. You mother may buy local sim card in airport. PM talk add on almost won't work in USA, because USA shut down 3G service this year.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Try it again in private mode. Check the first page for the balance. Use the the little spinner refresh icons lower down also.
