I got a new subscription and I got a message that ESN was incorrect. What do I do? I am not able to contact anyone at public mobile.

This means that number porting has failed. It's not acutally the ESN that was inocrrect. It's thej IMEI that would have ben given that wasnt' right. You'll need to contact CS_Agent that get that corrected.

there is a number to reach porting support team.
Call them and provide the account number of your old provider instead
