Entered email for Diwali promo, signed up with that email, how do I get the bonuses?

I entered my email address here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/ab/SWEETDEALS for the Diwali promotion, and have received my SIM and activated it. How do I get the extra data and long distance bonuses? 

I tried entering the "DIWALIGIFT" promo code that I saw here on the forum but it said I wasn't eligible. I'm not sure why - I activated a new account just like the promotion webpage said.

Yes, that must be it. Didn't read the fine print that it had to be at least a $25 plan

@Strained_Andro Did you maybe activate the $15 plan? $15 plan isn't eligible.
