Enough Funds but plan didn't renew.

Hi, I have a 20GB 4G data plan, however plan didn't get renew even I have more than enough funds. 

I tried to pay it manually payment get accepted but plan still didn't get renew. What to do ?

@kareervanita   is today the renewal day and is your service (calls and data)   working?

 

If today is the renewal day, sometimes the system will still show Suspended in the morning as PM system is still in the process of renewal.  As long as your service is working, you can ignore

 

 

If you have no service now, account shows suspended, then confirm if what you paid is still sitting as Available Fund.  If that is the case, try to wait 10 minutes, then login My Account using Incognito mode and then click "Reactivate my plan" button.  The system should then take your money from Available Fund and renew your plan.
