Hi while logging into my account it will not let me reset my password as it says email invalid. I try entering it manually but still does not accept me. Wjat do i do??

Are you logging in after being inactive for more than 90 days? If that's the case, your account might have been disabled

@Afsana - only customers with Active Public Mobile accounts/phone numbers, or active within 90 days are able to log into My Account / Self Serve.
If you never created a self serve account before you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
But you must be a current customer.

Mot likely you locked your account trying to log in too many times.
You will have to wait at least 1h and try again. Be sure you use correct email. Check all your mailboxes to find out which email you did use to sign up with PM.

If you have tried 5 times and you are locked out wait one hour and try again but this time try logging into your rewards account instead. It has the same login credentials as your self serve account but you are able to view both your email and password. Have you logged into your self serve before?

To pre-verify your account include your full name, address, email, phone # and 4 digit acct pin #.

You should have got an email Welcome to PM to the email you used to activate the SIM.
Do a search in your inbox.

Hi @liambpenney user name for My account is the email address. No other format 😉

Try typing just a username not your entire email.

@Afsana did you try to use Forgot Password link and try to reset this way? Enter the correct email address and answer the security question
if fails to reset that way, open ticket with PM to have them to help,
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
type: Forgot log in information
Click "Contact Us"
Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
