I’m travelling to all three Maritime Provinces of Canada, and almost all of the provinces of Atlantic Canada! When travelling in between small cities in Nova Scotia, I could not access the extended network at all, even though PM does not have service in those areas, or they only have 3G service in those areas, but 3G will be shutting down in December!
Can someone please enable the Extended Network for me?

I don't know your situation and you already enabled roaming in your setting. But with regards to your question one thing comes in my mind is that you have to enable roaming in your setting to get EXT connection where Talus / PM service is not available.

yes, you can roam onto Rogers as that is mandated by CRTC. There are few locations where Rogers coverage is present, but Telus/Bell are no and those are area you can use the EXT network with Rogers
From what I know, some part in BC, mainly along Highway 14 between Sooke and Port Renfrew
I also heard roaming on EXT networks on some part of Manitoba
But I know initially, Telus roaming agreement with Rogers is with postpaid customer, so it might or might not work with PM here (but I am pretty sure some confirmed the BC area mentioned above works with PM)

Public Mobile utilizes Telus infrastructure (as they are the parent company) as well as Bell as they share resources across Canada

Sorry, but there isn't anything to be enabled as Public Mobile does not advertise service being provided on networks of other carriers in Canada. Public Mobile customers have access to the Telus network.

for best talkability, you're gonna need a cellphone that has VoLTE enabled AND has been recognized by Public Mobile. What phone do you use ?
added...here's the list of cells that PM has VoLTE recognized.
