Hi
I got double charged for 1 month and I want my over charged money back. How can I do it? Please helps me. Thank you.

If your charge statement showing double charged. The overcharge will stay in your account as a credit so no money lost.
If you are stiff for money, you can contact a CS_Agent for a refund but be warned that it may take up to 30 days to process (next renewal date).
Or you can leave it as credit and will apply to your next month’s bill.

@Lanthan Check your credit card does one charge say pending and the other posted ? If so the pending charge should fall off

If you were charged twice for one month you can open a support ticket with PM. Talk with SIMon on the PM homepage to submit the ticket. If you were charged twice on your credit card check to see if the payment has been posted or is still pending, if it does not show any payment then you have not been charged.

if real charge, open ticket with CS agent
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
