I ran out of data on the 6 or 7th of July, and my subscription was supposed to renew on the 11th, but I decided to renew it ahead on the 8th cause i needed data, but the plan was not renewed, and I was charged again on the 11th. I had some money in funds, and that's what was taken on the 11th. How do I file for a refund or not have to pay again in August?

PM is on a 30 days cycle and you can add extra funds into your account but you can’t use it to renew on earlier date.
The extra funds will remain in your account as credit towards your payment on your renewal date.
Login to your account and go to the Payment tab>View History Payment. It should indicate the amount of the Automatic Top amount (paid amount) and below the Available Funds (credit available for next month’s payment).
If available funds is showing $0 then you can contact a CS_Agent to investigate.

Yes, I did, but there are no funds there anymore, and it still says I have an upcoming payment in August.

@Aishat1 did you check your aacount to see if there is still Available Funds? That would be taken first for new Renewal.
Refunds are usually not provided.
