Hi there,
It seems that i have been charged twice. I have both of them charged on my credit card, next payment says November 30th.
I haven't changed plans or make any modifications on them.
Any solution here?

PM has a 30 days cycle instead of monthly.
Since you had a payment on Oct 1st, the payment after would be 30 days later, which was Oct 31st. Once in a while, you will see an odd month that you got charged on both 1st and 31st
