I was double billed on August /2022 for one month service on my Visa. How can I get re-credited.

Confirm one transaction on your VISA is not 'pending' and the other 'real'.
Do you see extra amount on your PM account (funds available)?
If you do I would leave them there as they will be used for next renewal. If you do not want to have funds on account or do not see it ask agent for refund.

@pmcelphone Login to My Account, check the Payment History page and see if it shows 2 entries for the payment in August
If there are 2 entries , check if you have any fund sitting as Available Fund, If so, the fund can be there for next payment
If you only see one entry on the Payment Hisotry , check on your credit card side to confirm if any chance once of them is a pending charge and only one of the two is an actual charge

Is there an extra credit sitting in your Public Mobile account? If there is extra, it might be easier go leave it there because a refund might take a few weeks.
