My brother sent me a number for an eSIM. I opened an account and set up payment. My brother informs me that it is already paid for. He must have put it in his own name and bought the subscription himself. Therefore, I don’t need my own account and have paid for a subscription I will never use. I have spent two days trying to get this set up properly. I keep signing in,I keep entering codes,I downloaded the app…..PLEASE REVERSE THE CHARGE AND CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION AND CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
