Don't have access to email used for Public Mobile My account

Hello I purchased Public mobile number back in 2018 and I don't have access to the email address that I used for my account. I don't even remember the login details so it is impossible to change the password or email ID. Can someone assist me with how can I get the email address changed. Thank you
