Don't have LD mins after subscribing thru App

Recently saw a Facebook ad which advertised 250 LD mins for $29 Can/US/MEX and 500 LD mins for $35 Can/US/MEX plans. I signed me and my spouse thru the link in the ad, as I had the app, the subscription process went thru it, but I noticed today that there is no LD mins added to our accounts. Could someone help to fix this? I can post the ad link if required.

@Jparasu - Yes, that could be the issue as I used a computer to do the online part, but I would expect Public Mobile CSA to honor the issue for you.

As I had the app installed , once I clicked the link to subscribe to the plan it took me to the app to complete the payment. Looks like a bug, should've used computer to do the transaction.

Did you get the 50% off also?

The code seems fine this morning, but it expired later this afternoon according to other online users.  Hopefully, you will get an understanding CSA.  Some customers had trouble getting the code applied correctly.  I don't think that the code was meant to be combined with the Black friday promo deals.

@Jparasu - I think you have to do the payment & Sim's via the website, then continue activation for the port a number thru the app.

The ticket should be replied within 48 hours, so check back tomorrow from 9AM - 10PM EST

I have tried calling and it said I don't have any available minutes. I raised a ticket yesterday, haven't heard back yet

@slusagm , @Jparasu - Just activated on one of those plans (Third line with PM) and it does show up with the 7 countries 500 min on the special Can-Us-Mex plan. Also tried calling the UK and it worked.

PM is known to have missing plan details 

Luckily PM is prepaid, so you can test calling the countries that are supposed to be included and if calls go through, then it means included

or you can also ask PM to confirm.  

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
