I tried to buy another SIM from the phone App to set up another phone plan, but when I tried I only got part way through the process & the App kept spinning, I waited & finally closed it & tried again with no luck. Well 3 weeks later I got my VISA statement & I was charged 2 times for $11.40 which I found out it was for 2 SIMs I didn't receive. I messaged CS_Agent & they told me there is no refunds for SIM cards. NOT HAPPY, is this not theft? I didn't even receive the cards, how can they charge you for something you didn't even get?

i ended up buying a SIM off of Amazon that same day, because I couldn't get it to work on the App

@Dan_1952 don't buy another one yet. Ask agent to escalate. There were lots of success stories that PM will reimburse the cost for extra cost you spent for buying another one as the first one did not receive

Actually @Dan_1952 what you can do is try one of these three options. They will reimburse you in credits on your account.
