My credit card number changed and I need to change it, but the system doesn’t recognize my email address anymore. I changed the password, but that didn’t make a difference. My account is now disabled and I don’t know how to fix it.

Was your card compromised? Did your credit card company reverse some charges possibly your last pm plan payment? What message do you get when you call 611?
