Does it change my plan?

I got below message. Does it change my plan to current $18 plan (see below) or just increase the price with no other change to my plan.

Hi @Iamtian  I doubt the $18 plan will change in price any time soon. I think the price will stay for a year  or two.  PM usually just increase the price of the lowest priced plan and all other plan prices stay the same

After this increase, the lowest priced plan in danger would be the $13 plan.

to get the $18 - 1GB plan, you need to actually click on Change on Renewal to schedule the plan change

if you do nothing, you will keep your current plan with just 250Mb or 500Mb and pay $3 more

So, you need to click Change on Renewal button for the new $18 plan to take advantage of the better deal.

Just increase price. You can change to the other plan if you want.
