I can not have access to my account with username and password. For identity check I was asked to provide the code sent to my phone number but did not received any code. I changed it to the email to receive the code but after entering the code, again I did not have access to my account.

this issue usually resolvable if you use Incognito/Private/Secret mode on your browser to login again. Please try
