I've got a $35/60GB pending, change on next renewal (3 weeks away). Today they're offering $35/75GB (in ON, last week it was QC). I tried booking that as a change on next renewal, but it just goes into a spin and never takes.
Do I have to cancel the pending change first? I don't mind doing it, but don't want to do it if the $35/75GB isn't taking because the site's overwhelmed or broken (and then I lose the $35/50GB too).
Thanks.

Yes, I was able to schedule the change to $35/75GB after the tech team removed the $35/60GB. I know I was targetted for it because it was offered while I had the 60GB offer pending. Of course it's possible they screwed up the programming and the pending change prevented the offered change from taking effect. In the end I got (and have) the $35/75GB. Obviously I don't really have any use for the extra 15GB, but one of these months... 😉

I don't know if I could just have cancelled the $35/60GB myself. And I'd be nervous to in case I lost the $35/75GB replacement.
The self service does allow customers to cancel scheduled plan changes. There's a specific option for it. As to things getting "stuck", I'm not sure that's the case here. Public Mobile is doing targetted plan offers. The scheduled change could have marked your account as ineligible for the $35/75GB plan. Did you go through with scheduling the change to the $35/75GB plan when you tried yourself?

Has anyone successfully changed to the $35/75GB (ON) plan? I'm now assuming it was a mistake and was supposed to be $35/60GB (same as QC) but it's now Monday and it hasn't been changed. Last week it was $35/60GB (ON) and $35/75GB (QC) and a friend in QC successfully booked it. Still thinking it's a mistake today but it should have been fixed by now?
Thanks.

Still doing it, stuck on Loading. Tried a different browser just in case. Last week it was $35/75GB for QC and $35/60GB for ON. Now it's the opposite, except the not-logged-in page for ON says $35/60GB. Makes me think the 75GB may be a mistake, and not a loadable plan. Oh well 60GB is crazy already (I'm on $34/50GB and have $35/60GB queued up for next renewal).

You don't have to cancel the current pending change. A new scheduled plan change or immediate plan change will overwrite the existing one
