Didn't get tracking number

I ordered a phone but never got tracking number just order number.  Phone was ordered on Apr 29

@brianshort_31   I believe the tracking email is a hit or miss.  So, it is best to open ticket with support and confirm if they have shipped out the order yet:

 

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 

https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437


**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

For my experience PM had sent tracking number for me after I received the order! According a member of this community's post that you could use UPS (PM will send the order by it) app that using your address to track your order.

I'm not sure how they send phones but try that order number on Canada Post. Then maybe the destination postal code. Nor am I sure if this is still a thing. But always worth trying.

HI @brianshort_31   it is true PM usually don't  send the tracking number for phone.  But you get an invoice email at least?

 

for tracking and update, please submit a ticket with CS agent and they can provide you that

 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):
