I don't think I got $5 loyalty reward on last pay cycle. Payment history does not seem to display when I check my account due to technical issue with the site.
I'm on the $25 dollar plan.
My last payment was $20 and I had a $6 balance when I made the payment.
So my current balance should be $6 but it's $1.
I wanted to open a ticket and clicked on the link provided by the bot but got a 404 error. I was logged in.

Hello! I would suggest clearing the browser data, trying in an incognito window, another browser, or clearing cache and trying on the app to see if any of these will allow you to login to check your payment history and the rewards history.
