I activated a random number with Public Mobile and eSim. I initiated a transfer of my phone number from Koodo Mobile.
While Public Mobile app was 'spinning' and in process, I received a text from Koodo, and thought, "I'd better get that." It was asking me to confirm Yes or No, which I did.
When I went back to the Public Mobile app, nothing was happening and it was back to the blank transfer form. 😕
Does it normally confirm that transfer has started? Should I try again or is it too late?

If you replied to the text with YES then the porting process will start. Your Koodo SIM/eSIM will continue to work for up to 2 hours until porting is completed.
You can also contact Koodo to confirm the your ported out.

You did everything properly. There will be no confirmation that the port is done. It usually takes up to 1-2 hours for port to be completed. You responded correctly to Koodo port request text. It will just take some time for port to be completed.
