I wonder... did anybody ever tried to toggle switch 'Subscribed' as many post suggest to cancel subscription?
What will happen?
- Subscription suspended?
- Account immediately closed, number lost?
- Something else?

Reading question and all replies I am wondering HOW COME customers can complain PM 'support' (customers helping customers) is not good????
All these years with PM I learned more from 'customers' than I could from any 'live' support.

It is different that reporting phone lost or stolen where account is immediately suspended? Correct? And how do you reactivate it later when you retrieve or find your phone????...Correct...using Lost / Stolen will suspend use of your phone until you Resume service...there's a button that will say Resume Service.

some customers don't have a valid credit card so they'll use card of a friend or family member to start their new account...then when acct is up and running, they can toggle Unsubscribe and pay for regular renewal using payment vouchers.

hey no, your account will suspend on the last day of your subscribed plan. as you have already paid for the current month

the is the toggle for Automatic payment
- account will suspended at the end of your current cycle as PM cannot renew the call
- no, account won't closed immediately. You have 90 days after suspension to come back resume service. After 90 days, number would be closed
- nothing much more
