Device Credit missing from account or shows up as RAF credit?

Hello good folks at Public Mobile, 

I signed up and purchased a pre-owned phone in October. The deal at the time stated that if I purchased the phone using the same email address as my public mobile account, I would be eligible for a $5 credit for 6 months. 

Its december but I have not seen a credit on my account yet. 

However, I have seen a few RAF credits show up on my account starting in November. 

I was wondering if the device credit shows up as RAF credit?

Since I sent my referral code to a couple friends in november as well, I am not sure if there is a way to differentiate between the two credits. 

I hope I was able to explain the issue I am having. Thank you once again for your help with this issue.

If you have not used someone’s referral code and not given yours to be used during an RAF promo....then it’s probably part of the phone  purchase.

@buzzzone just to clarify,  if your phone purchase was on Oct, the first payment should be by Nov 30 and NOT  "will start showing up in the first week of January."

@buzzzone RAF should be just friend referral bonus only.  Since you referred friend in Oct/Nov, I think the $5 is for that 

 

did you use the same email address for the phone order as your My Account's email?

 

I would open  ticket with PM support to have them confirm

The credit will start showing up in the first week of January. That's the $5 x 6 months, for buying the phone. Your only allowed one of those.

It's hard to tell between that one and your referral from November.  Your only allowed one of those too.  That's for $5 x 5 months, I believe.
