Deactivation of my account?

Hi I would like to know why my account became suspended when I am registered for auto pay?? Its giving a message stating the account will be deactivated on March 8? Why? Is autopay not functioning well. I updated all my information to make sure that i am on autopay, is this a system glitch? Please get back to me when you get a chance. Thank you

@Tonzee, if you want to use the public forums to bring your issues to a moderator's attention, you need to tag them in your post.  Even more effective is sending them a private message.  Invariably, they will ask you to communicate via private message once they see your forum post.  Your question about account deactivation has already been answered by others.

Almost all accounts have the suspended glitch for a long time on renewal day it's safe to ignore on your renewal day. I just look at 1 am and see if my data bucket has reset to zero. It it has then your golden.

I'm having the same issue, and my credit card has been charged as well. Hopefully the glitch clears up.

If your service is working talk, text and data then definitely it's a system glitch. Lot of people are reporting the same issue with self serve portal but most of these are system glitch.
If you SIM card is working fine then you can ignore this and tomorrow morning everything will be in order. Thanks.
