@Tonzee, if you want to use the public forums to bring your issues to a moderator's attention, you need to tag them in your post. Even more effective is sending them a private message. Invariably, they will ask you to communicate via private message once they see your forum post. Your question about account deactivation has already been answered by others.

Almost all accounts have the suspended glitch for a long time on renewal day it's safe to ignore on your renewal day. I just look at 1 am and see if my data bucket has reset to zero. It it has then your golden.

I'm having the same issue, and my credit card has been charged as well. Hopefully the glitch clears up.
