i am registered on an autopay account, and i started my plan on july 21 2017, today is august 18 2017 and i am on a 90 day autopay plan. My phone was suspended today for no reason, because my date for my next payment was due in 90 days. I paid again but i need a refund for the 126 i paid today to reactivate my account...i basically paid twice for a one time service. Please respond and help me understand this problem

@kimcmatthew if you aren't able to quickly get a refund from PM directly, you can log on to your credit card site and request a chargeback due to duplicate charge. This in effect will have your credit card company refund you directly.
