Hello,
I would like to deactivate my PM account because I have changed service providers.
So I was going to go to my account to remove autopay which, according to the help bot, will help me deactivate my account but I have been locked out of my account and its not letting me reset my password because they say that the email is incorrect.
please help.

If you are still concern about the charge after @softech explanation, you can temporary lock your cc before your next renewal date for couple of days. Card issuer allows card holder to lock/unlock their card online. You can also ask your card issuer to cancel you card and issue you a new card with with new number.

@khadijaahsan05 you don't need to.
usually once account closed, everything will be find and PM won't charge anymore. Just for peace of mind, check your credit card statement next month and confirm PM no longer charging you (again, it should be all fine 🙂 )

@khadijaahsan05 did you request porting and ported out your phone number?
If so, your account would have been already closed once porting was completed. So, no worry, all done. No extra work
just next month, confirm on your CC that PM is no longer charging.
