Day 4 of trying to get my eSim set up on my phone . of hours and hours waiting for CS_Agent to help

Hi, me again. I keep trying and you only answer occasionally - you are like my exboyfriend lol 
Anyway - I still need network

I know you only want to answer once and then be done with me ,but if it doesn't work  I have to send another message.
I dont know why your system is only sending you some of the messages that I send in response to you 
I guess you need some support too! 
Anyway, its super duper important that I get this set up as my own work is suffering 
And its not as cool at my work if I only respond to occasional requests like yours is _I wish my work was as loose about customer service as yours, anyway - As much as I have loved chatting with you every day and you ignoring me 
I would really like to just use public mobile without having you ask you to make it work 
I would really really appreciate if you would stay chatting with me until its set up please 
PLEASE PLEASE I have paid for a service and would like to be able to use it
