Data stopped at 3.89 gb

I have a galaxy a7 and I have a 6 gb data plan with public mobile. Why did my data stop working even though my phone is showing that I have used 3.89 gb?

@Deey  When you login to the PM web or app, what data usage does that show? Your screen shot shows the usage from Sept 1-30, but I’m assuming that’s the phones tally only as I’m assuming your a phone plan cycle  is not sept 1-30.?

I turned data saver off. I also took out the sim card and put it back in but the problem is still there. I dont have a data limit  set either.

@Deey  I see now that data saver is “on” . Turn that off and you should be good to go

@Deey  Make sure you don’t have a data limiter set on your phone. This may be the reason. Otherwise, opens ticket using the orange chat bubble and have PM agent look into it for you. Hope this helps
