Hi everyone,
I have an iPhone 13 pro max and updated to iOS 18 my data has been working yesterday even after the iOS update. However, this morning my 5g and LTE data have not been working. In the top left corner of my iPhone next to the signal I still see 5g or LTE symbol when I have my data on. I am still able to make phone calls. I live in Mississauga in Ontario but work in Toronto and my data has not been working in either location. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I don't have the option to update my carrier settings. However I will contact public mobile customer support. Thank you for the help

Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
And is that a physical sim? test in another phone. Honest, i don't think this is a network issue, could be just your device issue. If device problem, PM support agent cannot help

I tried restarting my phone, but the data is still not working but thank you though.

@Jay1999 I just updated my iPhone to iOS 18 and my data working , maybe try rebooting the device if you haven’t already also check
