Data not working but I still have 10GB left?

In Toronto.

My data stopped working at around 4PM today, I've restarted my phone and turned my data on and off but it still isnt coming back.

do you know how long it will take the mod team to respond? need the data on by sunday

I have checked but nothing out of the ordinary to be honest.

Have you looked at your mobile data in settings and made sure you haven't accidently capped your data? There's an option for giving a warnng and turning off data after exceeding a certain amount.

Not much more we can suggest other than private messaging Moderator_Team with your name, phone number, email, address, alternate phone number, pin and a short description of your problem.

Try reseating your sim card, maybe it moved out of place.

 

If not, then you might want to reference the APN settings for your phone. You can see these settings in the following site. Just choose your phone. https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
