Data mysteriously deactivated

My data has been deactivated a week ago even though I have over 3 GB left.

I always monitor my GB limit and always use Wi-Fi when possible.

Can somebody please help?

@bobtrudel FYI for future reference, anytime you get something unexpected like this come up, the very first thing you should try is to reboot (or power off and back on) your phone.  This solves a lot of weird glitches that can crop up over time.

@bobtrudel

So you made a payment and your plan renewed. Your account says active? Try rebooting your phone.

Edit:

You should reset your phone's data tracker to the correct dates.

 @bobtrudel : Try flipping in/out of airplane mode. It looks like maybe autopay didn't work and you were suspended.

Thought I was ok, I just edited my credit card and made a payment....now my data on the self serve shows 0 GB used out of 5120. But when I disconnect from the WiFi, I still don't have access to the Web!

Getting frustrated, enough to consider another carrier......

PM's data counter is the official tracker of your plan's data use.  You can also check your data usage history in your self service account.  See below:

As mentioned above, if you don't see the data tracker, that means you ran out of data this 30 day cycle.

@bobtrudel   It looks to me you are checking your data from the built-in data tracker, which is running on a monthly cycle.

However, PM is running on a 30 days cycle in which case those monthly cycle might not work (unless you keep changing the start date manually).  You might want to go with 3rd part app that is able to track 30 days cycle

In terms of how much you used, best way is to logon to Self-Serve to confirm.  Please logon serve-serve.  On the Overview Tab, it would show you how much data is used.  If you don't see a line about data, that means you have used up all the data for this cycle

Also, in Self-Serve, you can confirm if your current cycle really started on May 20
