Data hasn’t worked since Friday

I can call people and receive calls but have no data and cannot send or receive SMS messages. I have only used a third of my data for the subscription cycle (34/120GB)

Tried resetting network settings, airplane mode, restarted phone, updated iOS but still nothing. Wifi works fine and cellular network shows as on. Please help

seems like quite many posts about this problem

But first reboot phone and reset network settings on your phone and check if it helps

if same, then submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:       
            https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html 
             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
