Data didn't get renewed, currently on a plan that includes 500MB

Have autopay setup, haven't had an issue in over a year. For some reason data didn't get included in the renewal this month.

 

No sure how to get this fixed...

Usually if the data line is missing in your account, then you have used up all your data.  Have you used any data since renewal on July 22nd?  Can you check in your usage if you have used any data over the last couple of weeks?

@nmorrison You need to notify the moderator team and ask them to investigate

"This Month" or this billing cycle? I'm just rulling out that you are just out of data already for the cycle as it shouldn't auto-renew your 500MB on August 1 (unless that happened to be your cycle refresh date.) The fact you have been here over a year makes me think that isn't the case though.

There was an update to the systems last night, if your cycle refreshed last night it might have glitched out because of that. The mods would be able to investigate your account to see what went wrong if that is the case. Bit of a long wait for that though. I opened a ticket on Friday, got the verify my account on Monday, and now just playing the waiting game for them to get back to me now that I verified. So probably tomorrow or the next day.
