@Jdockstater, Are you sure your phone is compatible with Public Mobile's network? Have you checked the APN settings on your phone. if they are not correct, you will not have data.
You can check for your APN settings at the following web site. Just select your Make of phone, Model and then select the network (Public Mobile) at the bottom, and it willshow the settings you need.
