Suddenly my data and SMS/phone stopped working. I'm up to date on payment, account is active, I've rebooted and it's still not working.

I did already try that, reset network settings and it didn't work.

That's kind of odd. What phone are you using?
What you can try is to go into your network settings and reset them and then reboot. It reconnects you to the network.
