I added 1GB US Roaming data more than 10 days ago and it has now expired.
I want to add 500 MB Data US Roaming but the option is missing.
How do I proceed?
I am driving back to Canada but having data would help with Google Maps.

The US Roaming data add on - $15/500mb will reappear in your account 24 hours after your 10 DAY US Roaming add on of the same expired. You can purchase the $10/250mb or the $20/1gb options now. Do you remember the time of day you first purchased it?

Oops misread your post. Do you only see the $10/250mb option? Or none at all?

If you cannot get the US roaming data add-on working, you can download your route map on your phone using Wifi.

@Gabb Was it just that US roaming option missing?
Try to use a different browser or Incognito mode or try on another device. It should be just a browser issue
If it still does not work, load enough fund into My Account first, then open a ticket with PM Support and ask the to manually buy the add-on for you
