Hello,
A while back, I entered my PM voucher amount into my self-serve account (Jan. 18) well before my amount owing billing renewal (Jan. 24). Once the vouchers were accepted and my account displayed the total availble funds from the vouchers ($99) as expected.
Eventually, when the renewal date came around, I had noticed my credit card bill was incorrectly charged $135.60 ($120 plus tax). For some reason both my rewards ($15 total) and my avilable funds from the vouchers ($99) weren't even applied at the time of renewal.
What was even more strange was that not only my credit card was fully charged, but my previously entered voucher available funds mysteriously vanished to $0 from my account which was supposed to be applied but weren't, along with the missed reward of course. Not sure if there was a glitch? I had re-enter the same old voucher codes again I had entered a week ago at the time to get the voucher amount displayed back into my account. So what happened there?
By my calculations credit card was supposed to be only charged $6.78 ($6 plus tax) total after the $99 in vouchers, plus the additional $15 in rewards.
Therefore, is it possible to please refund to my credit card $128.82 ($135.60 minus $6.78) and use my available funds plus the rewards that was supposed to be used at the time to cover the rest of the renewal at the time on Jan 24. Please fix this.
I am considering moving to Koodo and I would like this issue rectfied as soon as possble.
