Anybody have an idea why my Visa card keeps getting declined ? My bank says it's all good from their end it's that Public is not accepting it.
Does it matter that my Public address is diferent than my Visa address ?
Still waiting on a reply from a mod.

I had an issue last month b/c I had received a renewal card. The account number stays the same but the expiry date changed as well as the 3 digits on the back of my card. I forgot to change the 3 digits on my Public Account so it was denied.

No i'm not in the negative with anyone. I changed the address and it worked.

No i have 2 addresses in general, BC and Alberta. For Public mobile i used my Alberta address since i'm in Alberta for 6 months.

The only address PM requires is the billing address. Why did you think to use a different one?

First try it different browser internet,
if you have credit card expiry date.
First you have to removing the existing card and add your new credit card
You have to Re-enter credit card information .
Like your name and credit card number and expiry date.
if not working you have to try to log out from your account and close all browser internet after 5 mint login.and if you dont working

make your selfserve adress the same as your cc address
leave out unit number
sometimes the leave out the last digit of postal code.
if its urgent buy a voucher from recharge.com
