I want to know how much of my GB allotment I am using over each of the past 6 months.
I am thwarted by your website asking me to repeatedly sign in, repeatedly set my cookie preferences, A.I. on par with a mentally challenged ape and ambiguous language.
Community implies this is a forum... or am I to feel all warm and fuzzy about my customer service?
My original intent was to update my credit card billing information, but now I'm just wanting to throttle someone in your web design department.

some clients have found using the mobile app is easiest to update payment card on your account. Alternative is to click the orange bubble icon on lower right side of page to start process to get Customer Support involved.
You can alos pay using Public Mobile payment vouchers you can buy at Shell gas and London Drugs...then dial 611 to add them to your account for renewal. Then deal with updating payment card at your leisure.
