Got an text msg for 2gb Christmas data and responded and said 2gb would be added to my account till used and also 1gb bonus through rewards portal. I can't see on my account that I have this extra data. Thanks chris

Thanks for some reason my chrome browser only shows outdated info and then I tried my Samsung internet and I see all up to date info. Thanks chris

Have you texted YES2 to 4911? Some indicate it is automatically added but generally you are supposed to receive a text unviting you to reply YES2 to receive the bonus add-on.

I had the same issue. I restarted my device, used Chrome browser instead of safari and bingo it worked.

Try logging into your account using a different browser in incognito or private mode.
Your probably looking at cached information before.

@Chrisveitch6969 hi you may be looking at a cached version of your account try to log in private or incognito mode in a different browser, see if that updates your account
