I originally had a $35 60GB Canada US Mexico plan. I Ran out of data due to my wifi being down, but when I went to add more data it didn’t give me an option to add Canadian Data, only US Data. So I was forced to upgrade my plan to the $40 plan. I would like to go back down to the $35 plan next month but it doesn’t give me that option.

I’m aware they don’t reply right away. And thats fine. But in this case I needed the data right away. Which is why I upgraded. Anyways. I have a ticket submitted. So I am waiting for an agent to respond.

Unfortunately agents do not reply instantly. I usually give them few hours and am pleasantly surprized if they reply sooner. But I do not wait for their reply... I log in only few times a day so whenever they reply it is good for me.
If you require prompt response on your inquiry then PM is Not service for you as you will only get frustrated waiting for an agent.

I’ve submitted a ticket to try and get my old plan though so I will see if a CS Agent can help me

I never got help with this issue because I didn’t have time to wait for someone to respond to my ticket. I needed data right away

Every agent signs its name at the end of email so you can figure out who helped you.

Unfortunately I needed the data right away, so I couldn’t wait for 3 days for an agent to get back to me. So I had to upgrade. I tried using the chat bot but it wasn’t much help. I’ve submitted a ticket so I’m hoping PM will give me back my old plan seeing as the option of adding data was not available to me, even though it should have been.

In most cases you cannot downgrade your plan.
Asking agent to downgrade you will not work. Only plans you see on your account are available to you, unfortunately.

@GingerBritt You can instead ask support if you can do early renewal of your old plan instead to be able to keep original plan unless you already made the change . But if you haven’t used any of the day if you did they may still help definitely worth the ask
