Charged twice after autopay didn't work

I signed up for a 90-day plan with 4 gigs of data which was supposed to be $73. I paid the $73 and figured I wouldn't have to do anything for 90 days. I also signed up for autopay at the time.

After 1 month my account was suspended due to insufficient funds; my Amount Due said $0.00 and the "reactivate current plan" process didn't work.

I went through the plan selection tool to select my plan again and manually pay again just so I could have phone service. Now I've paid 2x$25 for 90 day passes and 2x$48 for 4 gigs of data in less than one month.

How do I get this fixed?

It's seems like a bizarre system to have people posting links in forums instead of just having a "contact us" thing.

When I click that it just takes me to the home page; I'm on a mobile phone if that matters.

Check my first reply There a link click on that and follow the link. Scroll down a bit you will see a msg to mod. Click and compose your msg.
Include your email address pm number if available and detailed issue.

Yeah it's just data.

I also can't see how to direct message the mods.

Are you on just data plan ?
I tried to look for the plan you on i don't see any plan for 4gb on 90 days. ?
