Can you fix this. I have been charged 5 times on July 31,2020 for $16.95 each time.

Obviously Presumably since the credit card was changed the customer has Autopay? Thus $15 plans plus tax wouldn’t be $15, should be $13 unless 5 brand new $15 accounts were started that day. But the $15 Plus tax 1 Gb add-on works. No confirmation yet that there is no possibility of add-ons being purchased.

I thought that possible initially until it sunk in that they have been on the credit card statement for almost 4 weeks since the end of July.

They might be in Pending status and then they automatically get removed.
Check your Payment history in your self-serve here.

Are you looking at your online Self Serve account activity or your credit card statement? Would this be $15 plus tax in your province (13% tax rate)? You didn’t load up on 5 of the $15 - 1Gb data add-ons? You just have the one phone/account tied to that card...it isn’t from a different phone that goes against that credit card?
