I just got 2 payments taken out of my account and my Sim card still isn't working!!!! Someone help please!! I cant afford to have 2 taken out!!

Apn settings don't make a sim card work. Apn only makes data work.

For your Sim card not working is your account ACTIVE? Did you try to close your phone take your sim out wait few minutes and take it back and open it again?
What is the message exactly do you have with your SIM?
Is your phone unlocked ? And what phone do you have?
