My phone was stolen. I bought a new sim card and a new phone. I want to activate the new phone using the new sim card. The online directions assume that I am starting as a new customer but I already have a plan and a phone #. What do I do?

are you able to login to your My Account?
Once login, click Change SIM Card
Select the 2FA security method , in your case would be Email as you lost your old SIM and phone

@MerrillBrian : Log in to your self-serve account and click Change SIM Card. Don't use the activation method.
