Changing credit card

I'm not able to update my payment method with a new credit card.

did you try on both browser and app?

Wait another day and try again

  1. using the browser with Incognito mode
  2. Try again using the app.  If you have already installed the app, uninstall , reboot and reinstall.  
    And remember to grant Location Permission to the app before trying to login

if issue persists or you cannot afford to wait any longer to try,  get a voucher and have the plan renewed first.  Get it from ShoppersDrugMart/Loblaws/CanadianTire and load the voucher by calling *611 on your phone or call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, or via My Account/PM app if you can login the account

Are you updating your CC on the PM app or online?

If you are online, clear the cache on your browser then go to the Payment tab then to Update Card Information or on the app:
