My credit card was expiring so I had to change its info in my payment plan (to update the new expiry date and code) and it removed my credit for autopay.....really? thats kind of lame...its not like I deleted autopay. I had to update my card info. Glitch or supposed to happen?

Login to your account and turn Autopay off then on again. If still won't activate properly click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number, account PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are: Monday - Friday 9AM (ET) - 9PM (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9AM (ET) - 7:30PM (ET).

@ZeroRequiem, I do not know for sure, however, if you removed the old card and then re-added the new one, the system would have detected that there was no card on file during that time, and might have disabled the auto-pay setting. Just a possibility...
That said, if you contact the moderator team, they might be able to resolve this.
