Change plan

My plan was signed up with $35 50G

the current plan is $35 75G

can I switch to this 75G plan?

The above isn't correct. A customer can change the plan as many times as needed, or even multiple times per day if desired as long as the customer understand that the full price of each new plan will be chargerd and that there be no refund for any portion of the unused plans.

I was able to change from a $35 plan to the new $35 plan, so I suspect you should have the option as well. As others have said though, you'll want to schedule the plan change for your next renewal though, that way you'd don't lose our on what you've already prepaid for in this cycle.

What you can do (if you see THAT plan) on your account is to select Change Plan on NEXT renewal and you will get new plan after 30 days.

here's an idea..log in to your account to see if the $30 plan should be available to you. If so, do an immediate plan change (sacrificing any balance in your current account). Once you successfully activate the $30 plan , you should see that $35 / 75GB plan available now and you can take this plan BUT select Change on Renewal. When your $30 plan is up for renewal, you'll get that $35 plan as yours.

hi @yys2000 that is a new plan.  Login My Account and check Change Subscription page and see if the plan is there

I know some people on your plan see the new 75GB plan and can schedule a plan change.  But if it is not there, sorry, you can not change to it

@yys2000- You can only switch if the 75G plan shows up for you when you try to change subscriptions.  Usually, you can only go to a more expensive plan.
