Recommend you do this on a desktop device to ensure no self-serve issues, which occur too often around here.

Make sure to take screenshots of the plan change details just in case it doesn't occur as you expect it to.

To make plan change, login to My Account, go to Plan and Add-on page, click Change My Plan and select the plan from either the 3G plans or 4G plans tab 

Also, make sure you iunderstand the difference between Change plan now and Change plan on renewal date.  Most of use use  Change plan on renewal date if you don't need the extra data/minute immediately and to save some money

@towncenter , this is a self serve function that you can do within your self serve account.  Please use the sign in link to access the self serve account.  I suggest using incognito mode on the browser.

@towncenter Go into your self serve, select Plan and then change plan. Make sure you select to change at your next renewal not right away as you will not be credited unused days on your old plan.
